Daya is created from the call of the soul to give meaning in other’s life

Daya is the embodiment of BTPN’s commitment to sustainably improve the capacity of it’s customers by providing them with opportunities for growth and a meaningful life.

As a sustainable and measurable program to empower Indonesia’s mass market, including micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), Daya is integrated in all of BTPN’s lines of business.

The three main pillars of Daya consist of programs and activities with focus on these areas: Daya Sehat Sejahtera (Daya Health & Wellness), Daya Tumbuh Usaha (Daya Entrepreneurial Capacity Building), and Daya Tumbuh Komunitas (Daya Community Empowerment).

Daya opens up opportunities for all BTPN stakeholders to participate in a mission to empower millions of Indonesia’s mass market through volunteering program, Sahabat Daya.

Our focus is to serve and empower mass market segment, including retired people, micro, small and medium business enterpreneurs as well as productive poor community.

BTPN believes that beyond easy financial access, our customers are solely in need for business and health program to improve their quality of life.

Our business and health program offers numerous leads beyond financial management. The customers can also learn various tips to improve their business, expand marketing network, serve the consumers better and obtain extensive health knowledge.

We repeatedly refine the training modules and curriculum by collaborating with reputable universities, corporations and highly experienced institutions that share the same vision as we do;  to achive a stronger Indonesian mass market.
