  • Offers competitive interest rates
  • Account can be accessed from BTPN branch offices
  • Equipped with ATM/debit Card
  • All paid interest are subject to taxes stipulated by the government 
  • Minimum amount of initial deposit Rp 1,000,000
  • Minimum balance to be eligible for interests is Rp 5,000,000
  • No hold amount by system (start from 18 September 2017)
  • Information services regarding account transactions are available from Sinaya Notification (through SMS and e-mail). To access the Sinaya Notification services automatically, customers should use cellular services from a local GSM provider (Telkomsel, XL, Indosat, Axis or Three)
  • Information about account transactions is provided in electronic statement (e-statement)*

*To access the e-statement service, a customer must first register with the BTPN.

 

  • Easy transactions, including balance checking, cash withdrawal and interbank transfer in ATM Bersama and Prima Networks, and debit transactions in Prima/BCA Network

  • Available for individual customers
  • Complete the account opening form and submit supporting documents that are required
  • Own a savings account or demand deposit account with BTPN as a source of funds and funds receipt account to withdraw the time deposit.
  • Required documents:

Individual – Indonesian Citizens

  • Original ID card
  • NPWP (tax identification number) Card

Individual – Foreign Citizens

  • Passport

Customers who need to get information, share advise or complaints regarding BTPN products and/or services, can directly contact our Consumer Complaints Management Unit in the nearest BTPN branch office or BTPN Call on 1500300. Customers can also send a mail to P.O. Box 8080 Jakarta – 1000.
